Breaking up with someone comes naturally when both parties or either of the parties feel that everything is just a waste of time. Here’s a break up advice, go jogging somewhere or go to a gym and try all those gym stuff and enjoy. There are a lot of physical activities that you can do in the gym, though I your Ex was a gym instructor, then that would be a different story then!
