I think one of the worse parts of being single is diner- time. I don´t like to coke for my self only, and are ending up buying fast food. And that´s not good for the figure, for sure. And it´s very boring to eat alone, it ´s like eating creates a need for somebody to talk to. Very often my solution for eating healthy ( =not alone) will be to invite a friend or let my self be invited to a friend. But I have been thinking of this to actually go out and eat a diner for one on a restaurant. Why is that so hard to do, by yourself? Why do we feel so sad for somebody that is having a diner for one? Don´t say you don´t feel sad for them, because I think you do, but WHY are we doing that? Well, I will not change the world, in this regard anyway.
