Is that a trend to have a mistress?

I believe most of us have noticed the recent news of Mr. Tiger Wood accident. It was all over the newspaper; magazine; television discussion; even radio talk shows. This accident was exaggeratedly broadcast as one of the biggest deal. For me, as I first listening to it, the reaction I got was “so what? Tiger Wood was in an accident, like everyone else.” Later on, it was about his argument with his wife before the accident. Then, it was extended to he has a mistress type of big deal. I guess most celebrities have one or two affairs in their lifetime, and we don’t see it as something they won’t do. Because rich people have the power and money to play around outside of their marriages.
Let’s talk about our modern world. It seems to me most people, whether they rich or not, they couldn’t abide their marriage vow to love their behalf in lifetime. They intend to go off track and find someone else to share their happiness with. What is wrong with this picture. Is that our human nature not be able to love someone as long as we can. We must go off for someone else? I knew that many people would do something like that, and divorce rate is high in our modern history throughout the world.
