Healing a broken heart is the most difficult thing to anyone. Everyone that have love and lost will agree that forgetting and moving on is easier said than done. It is the most painful thing anyone will go through emotionally. So how do you really heal a broken heart? When you search the web you will find different tips or advices, but none is that easy. Its because when a person which is going through with that the only solution he or she can think of is his or her lover comes back. This often times never happens. So how do you move on? It’s simple. First there’s always the mourning stage. Everyone goes through with it. It is okay to mourn but it’s not healthy to mourn every day after the breakup. Give yourself one day to mourn, take a rest, eat and sleep. You can even cry. The next day is the moving on. Try to be with friends, try not to talk about him because talking about him kind of refreshes the wound. Third is make an effort that you won’t be alone. Go out with friends. You can even entertain a suitor. All this what I am saying is difficult but doable. In the end enjoy life as the saying goes, one door closes another opens.
