handling bitterness and anger after breakups

it is acceptable for some to really have negative emotions after breakups. this is especially true when they’d been cheated on or had given their all for that one special person.

brutal breakups can really mess a person’s life. depression, bitterness and sometimes anger can set it. some people have a hard time handling these negative feelings and they cannot move on or would not let others help them. alcohol, binge eating and even drugs are just some of the easy exits that people took when they are full of negativity after break ups.

but there are a lot of others ways that can help you get hold of your anger and bitterness after break up. for one, competetive sports is one way to push out all that negative emotions off your mind and body. the emotional pain can be diminished when you push your physical body beyond your limits. you can learn to block the pain and set other goals. racing can give you that kind of pain which your body will crave and soon cover the negative feelings that you have. racing, running, rowing, biking are just some activities that you can take to keep your mind off the negativity and push yourself to achieve your goals.
